Application for Use of Building & Grounds

The Jamesburg Public Library welcomes the use of our building and grounds by
the public in accordance with our Buildings and Grounds Policy. Any organization that desires to use the Jamesburg Public Library’s building and grounds for an event officially sanctioned by that organization must complete the following application. Thank you!

FOR EVENTS ONLY: Any organization applying to use the Jamesburg Public Library’s buildings and grounds must submit a current bona fide copy of their certificate of insurance with this application. Please email a copy of your organization’s certificate of insurance to jamesburgpubliclibrary@gmail.com.
FOR LAWN SIGNAGE ONLY: Any organization applying to erect a lawn sign on the Jamesburg Public Library’s grounds must submit an approved copy of their lawn sign application from the Borough of Jamesburg with this application. Please email a copy of your approved Borough lawn sign permit to  jamesburgpubliclibrary@gmail.com.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:In signing this agreement, you understand and agree that neither the Jamesburg Public Library nor the Board of Trustees of the Jamesburg Public Library shall bear responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur to any property loaned or exhibited at the Jamesburg Public Library from any cause whatsoever. You hereby release the Jamesburg Public Library and the Board of Trustees of the Jamesburg Public Library from any and all claims for loss, damage, or injury to persons growing out of the loan or exhibition of any property at the Jamesburg Public Library.*

Board Meeting Info

Jamesburg Library’s Board Meetings take place on the third Monday of each month at 7 PM. Meetings are open to the public.
